No. We organize records and draft reminders. We don't interpret coverage, approve or reject vendors, edit certificates, or judge whether coverage is adequate – that stays with you and your insurance professionals. Every report states exactly what was checked and what wasn't.
You do – every chase email is written for you, but it sends from your inbox so vendors hear from a name they know. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf without your written approval.
Files are exchanged through an agreed channel, processed with sensitive fields redacted, never used to train anything, and deleted on request with written confirmation. The data terms come in plain English with your scope sheet before you send a single document.
